The machine has a collector driving a wheel in rotation using a main flow (E) circulating in the collector. Turbulent zone and/or reduced pressure zone (14) is formed close to blades of the turbine. An injection unit injects a flow (E1) removed from the main flow in the zone to locally modify the main flow or increase the pressure in the zone, where the flow (E1) is not modified with respect to the main flow in the zone. The unit has a pipe (16) comprising an input for taking the flow (E1) of the main flow in upstream of the blades and an outlet emerging in the zone.
