PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forced-pressurization power supply tip assembly and a forced-pressurization power supply torch capable of preventing the heat generated during the welding from being directly transferred to a power supply tip, suppressing the temperature rise of the tip, performing the consistent power supply by preventing any arcing within the tip by the forced pressurization of a wire, suppressing wear of the tip and enhancing the lifetime of the tip free from any targeting deviation. SOLUTION: In the forced-pressurization power supply tip assembly 50, a tip holder 60 is arranged so as to cover a circumferential surface of a fore end of a power supply tip 54 and separate from the circumferential surface of the fore end. The tip holder 60 is urged to a base end side of a guide body 51 via a slide body 58 and the power supply tip 54 displaces each slit part 57 inwardly. A slit 56 of the power supply tip 54 is cut out halfway from the fore end while the base end of the power supply tip 54 is not split.
