Method includes following operations: for treatment of small-weight rolls in intermediate rewinder without mandrel to rewinded roll Facility contains compression unit for rewinded roll implemented with ability of application to rewinded roll of directed to the roller bed clamping force (F), and/or roller bed hollow for holding the roll, intended for treatment of small-weight rolls in intermediate rewinder without mandrel, and/or bearing rollers for roll implemented with the ability of rotation, rollers implemented with the ability of lengthwise direction movement, or rollers located with ability of distance changing relative to each other, intended for increasing of material passage, reduction of charging time, not allowing mandrel of intermediate rewinder, and/or regulated heaters, and/or heat-shielding covers for roller bed, and/or heat-shielding covers, implemented with the ability of shift by width inside the intermediate rewinder, provided for increasing or aligning of the temperature of strip before or after intermediate rewinder. ^ EFFECT: providing increasing of intermediate rewinder capabilities. ^ 17 cl, 4 dwg |
