A liquid crystal panel packaging box comprises a box body (10) which comprises a bottom wall (21), a peripheral wall (22) and an open cavity (23) limited by the bottom wall and the peripheral wall, as well as multiple layers of spacers (3) arranged in the open cavity for clamping the liquid crystal panels (1) one by one. Clamping grooves (5) are formed on the inner side of the peripheral wall of the box body, and clamping tongues (6) are arranged at the outer edges of the gaskets. The clamping tongues match with the clamping grooves and prevent each of the spacers from sliding parallel to the bottom wall. The liquid crystal panel packaging box prevents the spacers from sliding during a bumpy conveying process by the cooperation of the clamping grooves and the clamping tongues, and prevents the edges of the spacers from crimping, thereby guaranteeing the transportation safety of the liquid crystal panels and the chip on films thereof.
