FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: PYROTECHNIC cutter has top and bottom knives pivotally interconnected by way of the axle, spring-loaded pusher with slide and piston that are mounted inside the housing and interact with knives through axles and shackle, and cartridge chamber connected with the above-piston space and interacting with cocking mechanism that is mounted inside the housing of the handle and has trigger with spring-loaded firing pin, striker and slide with spring-loaded lock inside them. The prechamber is interposed between the cartridge chamber and the above-piston space. The prechamber with cartridge chamber is mounted inside a separate housing and provided with an orifice of the first nozzle at the inlet of the above-piston space. The above-piston space is provided with the second orifice of the second nozzle connected with the atmosphere through the splitter. The spring-loaded pusher with the slide is provided with a stop that, after cutting, interacts with the bearing area of the damper. The damper is made up as ring conical springs. The slide of the spring-loaded pusher is provided with bearing area that interacts with the answered bearing area after cutting. The answered bearing area is provided on the housing and has ring grooves with radial openings connected with the inner space made in the spring-loaded pusher and filled with a lubricant.
