PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain desired mirror surface accuracy and reduce the molding cost of a sandwich structure having a curved surface.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a sandwich structure comprises: a first skin material molding step of molding a first skin material 2 having a first curved surface skin part 2a and a first rib part 2b using a convex molding die 5 having a convex curved surface part 5a having desired mirror surface accuracy and a side surface part 5b; a core material bonding step of previously bonding a foaming core material 4 subjected to processing having surface accuracy on the first curved surface skin part 2a; a second skin material molding step of molding a second skin material 3 having a second curved surface skin part 3a and a second rib part 3b so as to cover the first skin material 2 and foaming core material 4 laminated on the convex molding die 5; and a projection part removal step of removing a portion of the first skin material which is laminated with the first rib part 2b and the second rib part 3b and is vertically projected downward.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 21
