PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional particle arrangement sheet which is preferably usable as a functional film which has anisotropic conductivity, anisotropic thermal conductivity or the like, as a heat dissipation sheet for electronic component and as a substrate of an electrophoresis display medium capable of reversibly changing the visible state under influence of electric field etc.SOLUTION: A functional particle arrangement sheet A is a conductive particle arrangement sheet, which includes functional particles 10, 10 such as conductive particles which are regularly arranged in a grid-shape being separated away from neighboring particles and an insulation resin layer 20. The insulation resin layer 20 has the thickness (h) smaller than the conductivity particles 10, 10, which protrude from at least one side of the insulation property resin layer 20, and the protruding height is aligned at least at one side L2 or L3 or at both sides thereof.
