Use of the claimed process makes it possible to prepare linear and branched halogen alkyl substituted oligoorganosiloxanes using simplified procedure. This makes it possible to increase the yield of halogen alkyl substituted oligoorganosiloxanes by two times as compared with prior art. EFFECT: simplified technological process for preparation of halogen alkyl substituted linear and branched oligoorganosiloxanes and increased yield of the final products.
