摘要 FIELD: biology. SUBSTANCE: method is based upon regulation and maximization of physiologically grounded criterion of optimization of photosynthetic production (for example, photosynthesis, factor of application of photosynthetic radiation for photosynthesis, general power efficiency of photosynthesis and so on). Maximal value of physiologically grounded criterion of optimization of photosynthetic production is kept due to special selection of cells being at light- independent growth phase with subsequent increase in number of cells in suspension being at light-dependent growth phase due to the selection. Installation has photosynthesis reactor generating discontinuous or continuous radiation of micro-organisms by external light sources, gas exchanger, suspension discharge agitator, suction and pressure pipe-lines, and system for measuring value of photosynthesis. The latter has two dissolved oxygen detectors, oxygen content gas analyzers (one or two) and computational unit. Circuit for controlling selection of cells is introduced into the installation additionally, which cells are at light-independent growth phase. The circuit has separator and shutter being under control of computational unit. The shutter changes discharge of suspension advanced to separator. Outputs of dissolved oxygen detectors and oxygen content gas analyzers are connected with inputs of control computational unit. Outputs of computational unit are connected with controlled shutter. After separator the mixture containing young cells basically being at light-dependent growth phase, is advanced into basic technological circuit. Efficiency of cultivator can be 1,4-1,6 times increased. EFFECT: improved efficiency of operation.
