PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a non-phthalic acid ester based plasticizer for a vinyl chloride-based resin which is environmentally friendly, has good flexibility and cold resistance and further has excellent heat resistance and fogging resistance; and an environmentally friendly vinyl chloride-based resin suitable for an automobile member or the like comprising the same.SOLUTION: There is obtained a non-phthalic acid ester based plasticizer which is environmentally friendly and excellent in performance such as flexibility, cold resistance and heat resistance and does not substantially contain an ester between a highly volatile alcohol having 8 or more carbon atoms and phthalic acids which is environmentally problematic by using a specific alcohol, and by using a vinyl chloride resin molded article obtained from a vinyl chloride resin composition comprising the non-phthalic acid ester based plasticizer, fogging properties caused by a plasticizer when used for an automobile member or the like can be suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
