The apparatus for cutting and harvesting bottle-harvested mushroom enables a culture medium to be filled inside a mushroom farming bottle, plants and grows a starter culture of mushroom selected from Lyophyllum ulmarium, Pleurotus eryngii, and enoki mushroom, separates the mushroom from the mushroom farming bottle, and cuts roots of the separated mushroom, and obtains the roots of the mushroom. |
