The device has a holder (32) i.e. angular part, fixed at a coach body between two consecutive sections of a covering part. A radiation unit (36) is attached in a retainer (46) of the holder. The retainer opens at a front outer side (40a) of the holder. The radiation unit comprises a radiation element for emitting light radiation and one or multiple electrical connection cables (62) connected with the radiation element. The holder comprises one or multiple lateral openings for feedthrough and guiding of the cables from the holder.
