PURPOSE: To fit removably a laser light irradiating nozzle in an irradiating hole of a terminal apparatus and to irradiate directly a diseased part with the laser light by making the incident side being one side of a rod-like transmitting member to be a plane crossing the axial direction of a rod by a right angle and making the irradiating side being another end to be a convex spherical surface and bent in the midway of the nozzle. CONSTITUTION: A rod-like nozzle 10 is molded with a material being rich in transmittance and heat resistance and one end of the nozzle 10 is made to be an incident side 11 from which a laser light is received and another end is made to be an irradiating side 12 to be brought into contact with a diseased part, and a part between the incident side 11 and the irradiating side 12 is made to be an introducing part 13. In addition, the incident side 11 is made to be a plane 14 and the irradiating side 12 is made to be a convex spherical surface 15 and the introducing part 13 of the nozzle, namely, the midway of the rod-like part is bent into e.g. a doglegged shape. The laser light entering vertically the place 14 of the incident side 11 is advanced in the introducing part 13 to the irradiating side almost as the same light bundle as in the time of incidence hardly attenuated and it is collected in accordance with the shape of the convex spherical surface 15 on the irradiating side 12. |
