<p>PURPOSE: To prepare a job manual to be provided in on-line mode from information prepared in the case of constructing a job processing system. CONSTITUTION: A job specification information storage means 101 and a word dictionary 102 are retrieved while using a manual preparing/updating means 104, a guidance picture is generated from the relevant information, a button is added to the guidance picture according to the contents of a button generation parameter storage means 103, and the link information of the button is possessed by retrieving the job specification information storage means 101 and the word dictionary 102 and respectively stored in a parts storage means 105 and a link information storage means 106. Besides, by storing the operation history of terminal equipment 110 in an operation history storage means 108, the information required by a user can be grasped and the job manual to be easily used can be provided for each user.</p> |
