The spinning block apparatus includes a distributing plate(I) and a nozzle plate(II). The distributing plate(I) has a "B" resin reservoir(II), core distributing hole(1), "B" resin distributing hole of looped arrangement(4) and a "A" resin distributing holes(3). The lower portion of the distributing hole(1) and the "B" resin distributing holes(4) of looped arrangement leads to an opening(8) of the core distributing slit and an opening(9) of a "B" resin distributing slit of looped arrangement. The "A" resin distributing hole(3) leads to radial slits(5)(5') punched on the nozzle plate(II). In the nozzle plate(II), the opening(9) of the "B" resin distributing hole slit of looped arrangement and the radial slits(5)(5') are alternatively, located in a radial manner and the radial slits(5)(5') having a different ratio of width and depth are located symmetrically and alternatively, and common joining hole(6) and nozzle hole(7) are provided.
