A pharmaceutical composition for treating a transient ischemic attack which comprises a compound of formula (I), wherein R<1> is a pyridyl group, R<2> is a phenyl, thienyl, furyl, naphthyl, benzothienyl or pyridyl group, which may be substituted with a lower alkoxy group, a lower alkyl group, a halogen atom, trifluoromethyl group, a lower alkenyl group or/and methylenedioxy group, R<3> is hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl group, and l is an integer of 0 to 6, Y is sulfur atom, methylene group or a group of formula (a), wherein R<4> is hydrogen atom or acetyl group, and m is 0 or 1, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt.
