PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a sterilized filling to be assured by a method wherein a filling channel can be air-tightly sealed against surrounding atmosphere under circumstances i.e., before starting a filling operation, until the filling operation is started, upon completion of the filling operation and during an entire substantial use of a supplying device; and wherein the filling channel is released only when the medium is filled from outside the supplying device. SOLUTION: A ram 54 is moved against a ram 53, a storing space 4 is sealingly closed and a control unit 8 is moved downward, resulting in that at first only a valve 26 is released, the medium supplied from a discharging port 57 under application of excessive pressure enters a filling opening 31 and further enters from a casing 9 into a space 23 through a channel section 32, an opening 34 and the valve 26. Then, an excessive pressure is generated at an inner edge of a valve main body 36 which is still closed, the excessive pressure causes a valve seal member 39 to move in a radial outward direction up to its released position, resulting in that the medium passes through a valve 35 opened toward the storing space 4 and is filled in a tank 3. A valve 21 is opened under an operation of the ram 54 in concurrent with starting of filling operation and either air or gas is discharged from the storing space 4 to an aeration channel 56 through a channel 20. |
