PURPOSE: To obtain a hamburger steak capable of lightly serving thereof to a table due to no discharge of a sauce in the interior by breakage during the production process and no need for separate preparation of a sauce due to melting out of the sauce in a fluid state by cutting. CONSTITUTION: This method for producing a hamburger steak containing a sauce in a fluid state therein is to inject and fill a sauce into a kneaded meat such as the hamburger steak, freeze the filled meat, roast the frozen meat under conditions without thawing the sauce, apply a burned color to the surface, package the roasted meat, then steam or boil the packaged meat with hot water and cool the steamed or boiled meat. Furthermore, the hamburger steak is produced by the above method. |
