PURPOSE: To provide a method for producing a pastry shell of giaoz (a dumpling stuffed with minced pork, a Chinese cooking) having a high nutritive value and good appearance by kneading the pastry shell of giaoz with squeezed juice of cabbage, which has been abandoned, to take the whole squeezed juice of cabbage having a high nutritive value in vivo. CONSTITUTION: This method for producing a pastry shell of giaoz comprises squeezing cabbage to give a cabbage juice containing the whole nutrient, not abandoning the juice, kneading a pastry shell of giaoz with the juice, making the whole nutrients of cabbage edible and changing the color of the pastry shell of giaoz from the present white color to green color in appearance. |
