PURPOSE: To maintain exhaust pressure of mixed gas always constant by arranging an air quantity regulating damper having a self-sustaining balance function in an exhaust duct continuously arranged in an exhaust port of a power plant enclosure. CONSTITUTION: The inside of an enclosure 1 arranged in the building of a power plant is partitioned by a partition wall. A combustible gas reactor or the like of a fuel cell is housed in one cell, and a current-carrying apparatus such as a drive motor is housed in the other cell, and contact of combustible gas is avoided. Ventilating devices are arranged in these respective cells, and mixed gas C of clean ventilating air V and exhaust gas E proper to the fuel cell is discharged outside a building side wall 6 from a duct hole 6a through an exhaust duct 2 having an exhaust fan 3 from an exhaust port 2a. An air quantity regulating damper 4 having a self-sustaining balance function is arranged on the suction side of the exhaust fan 3 in an exhaust duct. Therefore, ventilating air is introduced according to a pressure change on the suction side, and a flow rate changing quantity of the mixed gas is automatically compensated, and is maintain always constant while sensing exhaust pressure. |
