PURPOSE:To obtain a central hole inspecting apparatus for turbine rotor in which work from inspection of central hole to preparation of record can be carried out accurately in a short time. CONSTITUTION:The central hole inspecting apparatus for turbine rotor comprises an inspection sensor 13 having replaceable CCD color camera head and composite ultrasonic probe head, a rod 14 for feeding the inspection sensor 13 while carrying on one end thereof into the central hole 2 of a turbine rotor, a pantograph holder 15 for holding the inspection sensor 13 at the central hole 2, and a table 16 for rotating and moving the rod 14 in the axial direction. The central hole inspection apparatus further comprises motors 17, 18 for driving rotation and axial movement of the rod 14 respectively, an encoder 19 for detecting the position of the inspection sensor 13, an inspection sensor driver 23 equipped with a lifter 20 for aligning the inspection sensor 13 and the central hole 2, a free table 21 and a regulation handle 22, and a driver 24 for feeding signals to the motors 17, 18. |
