<p>b.f) azepines of formula:- where R is H or methyl, together with their salts with inorganic or organic bases, e.g. 5H-dibenz b.f. azepine 2-acetic acid (or-3-acetic acid) and 5-methyl-5H-dibenzo b.f azepine 2-acetic acid (or-3-acetic acid). The azepine derivatives are useful as anti inflammatories, analgesics, antipyretics and antioedemics.</p> |
