PURPOSE: To provide a nonaqueous electrolytic secondary battery excellent in cycle characteristic by the excellent toughness, adhesion to metal, nonaqueous electrolyte resistance, and dispersing property of carbonaceous material of a polyamide imide resin. CONSTITUTION: This nonaqueous electrolytic secondary battery has a negative electrode having a negative electrode mix layer containing a carbonaceous material as negative electrode active material carrier and a binder resin; a positive electrode containing a positive electrode active material and the binder resin and a nonaqueous electrolyte. This binder resin is tar-med of' a polyamide imide containing a cyclohexane dicarboxylic acid as acid component and having a logarithmic viscosity of 0.3dl/g or more, or a mixture of this polyamide imide resin with art epoxy resin, and the content of the binder resin in the negative electrode mix layer is 5wt.% or more and less than 20wt.%. Since this polyamide imide with which the cyclohexane dicarboxylic acid is copolymerized is soluble to a mixed solvent of an alcohol having a low gilling point with tetrahydrofurane, it is excellent in working property at the pasting of the negative electrode mix or the formation of the negative electrode mix layer. |
