<p>1377571 Triazole carbamates CIBA-GEIGY AG 3 Feb 1972 [4 Feb 1971 7 Jan 1972] 5138/72 Heading C2C Novel triazole carbamates of the Formula I wherein R 1 is a C 1-6 alkyl or C 3-6 cycloalkyl group, R 2 is a hydrogen atom or a cyano, C 1-4 alkyl, (C 1-4 -alkoxy) carbonyl, (C 1-4 -alkyl) carbamoyl or di-(C 1-4 -alkyl) carbamoyl group, R 3 is a hydrogen atom or a C 1-4 alkyl group and R 4 is a C 1-4 alkyl, C 1-4 alkoxy or a phenyl group, are obtained (1) by reacting the corresponding hydroxy-triazoles with carbamyl halides of the formula Hal-CO-NR 3 R 4 in the presence of acid binding agents, (2) reacting salts of the hydroxy triazoles with the carbamyl halides, or (3) reacting hydroxy triazoles with phosgene and reacting the intermediate compounds soproduced with amines of the formula R 3 NHR 4 . A pesticidal composition comprises a triazole carbamate of the above formula together with a solid extender and/or a surfactant.</p> |
