PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a watch which is provided with ordinary exterior, tells time to a visually handicapped person with no sound, corrects internal time, and can set alarm. SOLUTION: Control elements L, C, B1, and B2, provided on the outside of an closed type housing, cooperate with an electronic coding means 22 with an interpreter circuit in between. An analog or digital display part is provided to drive a vibration generating device 23 with pulse train and to generate a time information or vibration train showing accurateness of time instruction or non-time instruction introduced with the control element are provided. |
