发明名称 DIFFERENZDRUCK-REGELVENTIL FUER EIN HYDROSTATISCHES ANTRIEBSSYSTEM
摘要
1467759 Valves; hydrostatic transmission control CLARK EQUIPMENT CO 10 July 1975 [14 April 1975] 29148/75 Headings F2V and F2W [Also in Division G3] A spool type differential pressure regulating valve 128 forming part of the control mechanism of a variable displacement swash plate pump 24 in the hydrostatic transmission of a fork-lift truck includes means to vary the bias on a spool of the valve when the truck brakes 50 are applied. The transmission comprises an internal combustion engine 18 driving a fixed displacement charge pump 22 and swash plate pump 24, the latter being connected via lines 32, 34 to hydraulic motors 26 driving wheels 12. The pressures on opposite sides of a restriction 92 in an output line 80 of charge pump 22 are communicated via lines 118, 120, regulating valve 128 and reversing valve 124 to opposite ends of an hydraulic actuator 100 controlling swash plate 42. Thus the output of pump 24 is normally proportional to the speed of engine 18. Valve 128 intervenes to vary the pressure relationship between lines 118, 120 and comprises a body 146 having inlet and outlet ports 150, 156 connected to the higher pressure line 120 and corresponding ports 152, 158 in the lower pressure line 118. A vent port 204 for leakage fluid is also provided. A hollow spool having lands 182, 184 is axially slidable within body 146 to control flow between ports 150, 156 without at any time restricting flow between ports 152, 158. The spool is urged rightwards by pressure in outlet port 156 communicated to its stepped left end 194 via spool passages 186, 176 in opposition to the pressure in outlet port 158 acting on its stepped right end 185, 189 via passage 157. The latter force is assisted by the bias of an internal spring 166 acting between spool land 182 and an abutment 168 on rod 190. The latter is fast with piston portions 164, 170 slidable in body 146 relative to the spool and biased leftwards by spring 202. Piston 164 can be acted on by the rod 200 of actuator 128 responsive via port 130 to the pressure in brake line 56. Should the brake pedal 53 be partially applied during travel of the truck, the actuator rod 200 urges piston 164 and rod 190 rightwards relative to the spool (Fig. 5 position, not shown) thus reducing the leftwards bias of spring 166. Consequently the pressure at outlet port 156 in line 120 falls relative to that at port 158 in line 118, causing swash plate actuator 100 to reduce the output of pump 24. Full application of the brakes causes actuator rod 200 to move piston 164 into abutment with spool land 182 (Fig. 6 position, not shown) to force the spool further rightwards. Thus land 182 blocks inlet port 150 but lower pressure inlet port 154 is connected via annular spool groove 180 to outlet port 156. The pressures in lines 120, 118 consequently equalize causing actuator 100 to set pump 24 to a zero displacement position.
