PURPOSE:To obtain the lining material capable of lining suitably the tube passage with bent tubes by coating adhesively under reduced pressure the outer surface of a cylindrical cloth with thermoplastic synthetic resin tube extruded at the outer periphery of said cylindrical cloth from an extruding head. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical cloth 2 is first heated by the hot blast in a preheating furnace 7 and successively passes though the cavity 12 inside of an extruding head 7 and then said cloth covers a mandrel chip 14 at its lowerend, whereby it is expanded into an almost circular shape in section. The cloth is advanced downward, passing through the cavity between the mandrel chip 14 and the front end of the extruding head 7. On one hand, the thermoplastic synthetic resin extruded from an extruding machine 6 is extruded from a discharge port 11 at the tip of the extruding head 7 in the form of a thermoplastic synthetic resin tube 42. Then, as the pressure in the cavity 12 is reduced, the themoplastic synthetic resin tube 42 is caused to adhere firmly onto the outer surface of the cylindrical cloth 2, thereby forming the airtight coating layer 3. |
