PURPOSE:To prevent the separation or occurrence of wrinkles in the sealed portion of an extruded tube by isolating the feeding guide of the cylinder from the die of an extruder. CONSTITUTION:A strip 1 is rolled into a cylinder by the guide face 4 and guide ring 7 of a mandrel, and the lapped both edge portions are melted and bonded by a high-frequency welder 5 and cooled by a cooling roller 6 to form a continuous cylinder 1A. The cylinder 1A is passed through the hole 9 of the die 8 of an extruder to cover the cylinder 1A with a synthetic resin 20 forming a laminated cylinder 1B. The cylinder 1B is passed through a water atomizer 17, a dryer 18, and a movable iron core held at a given position by a solenoid coil 14 and cut into a given length. A head is provided for one end of the cylinder 1B so cut and the other end is sealed to form a tube. The cylinder feeding guide is protected from being heated to high temperature under direct influence of the heat of the die due to the separated arrangement of the mandrel and the movable iron core. The occurrence of separation and crumpling in the sealed portion by high temperatures can thus be prevented. |
