PURPOSE:To largely reduce the number of manufacturing steps and number of parts by connecting an absorber with the prescribed position of a switching transistor. CONSTITUTION:An inverter is formed of transistor groups TR'1-TR'4, and a DC voltage is connected through a main choke coil L for smoothing the DC voltage. In this case, an absorber Z made of a series circuit of a resistor R and a capacitor C is connected between the bonding points A and B of the transistor groups TR'1-TR'4. A load output is produced from between the points A and B. Thus, it can prevent a spike voltage at switching time from being applied to transistors TR to absorb the spike noise generated therein. |
