PURPOSE:To enhance the yield and to enable the automatic winding of a coil by punching arcuate piece in which the entire periphery is divided into integer number, laminating the pieces, winding the coil on the segments, and then annularly disposing and securing. CONSTITUTION:Pieces of the shape having arcuate yokes 12 including arcuate angles divided from 360 into integer number and pole pieces 13 integrally formed from the center of the yokes 12 are punched from silicon steel plates 14, the pieces are laminated in the prescribed number to form the arcuate core segments 11. Then, the segments 11 are rotated on the center line of the arcuate angle to wind an exciting coil 20, the segments 11 are annularly disposed in the prescribed number, secured at the ends of the yokes 12 of the adjacent segments 11 to form a stator core 10. |
