PURPOSE:To prevent the boiling-over of juice out of a cooking stove part from occurring and at the same time improve the external appearance of the titled cooker by a structure wherein the exhaust part for a grill chamber is arranged at the rear portion of a cooking stove top plate. CONSTITUTION:An exhaust part 8, which is formed by raising a cooking stove top plate 2 in near inverted V shape in side face so as to protrude upwards higher than a stock receiving surface 5, is arranged at the rear portion of the stock receiving surface 5 of the cooking stove top plate 2. In addition, a plurality of exhaust ports 9, 10 and 11 (sections of 10, 11 are same as 9) are open on the rear slope part of the inverted V shaped by louvering. Further, an exhaust tube 12 to exhaust backwards the oil mist in a grill chamber 7 in the upper rear portion of the grill chamber at the position opposite to the exhaust port 9. In a configuration as mentioned above, because the exhaust part 8 is located at the rear of right and left burners 6 and 6' (not shown in fig.) and raised in near inverted V shape in side face so as to protrude upwards higher than the stock receiving surface 5 of the cooking stove top plate 2 and the exhaust ports 9, 10 and 11 are arranged on the rear of the inverted V portion, the exhaust ports 9, 10 and 11 are difficult to be seen from the front. Furthermore, because the exhaust ports 9, 10 and 11 are located on the rear of the inverted V portion, the boilings-over of juice out of a pan or the like is hard to enter the exhaust ports 9, 10 and 11. |
