PURPOSE:To prevent an oil leakage caused by an oscillation of an oil tank by providing a sponge-shaped elastic member soaked with a lubricating oil, on the oil tank provided on a movable rake supporting frame of a cooling bed for moving and cooling a high temperature bar stock by a fixed rake and a movable rake. CONSTITUTION:When an eccentric wheel 4 is brought to an eccentric motion by a driving shaft and oscillates a supporting frame 1 through a roller 3, an oil tank 6 provided on a supporting frame 1 is also oscillated, position of the lower peripheral surface of the eccentric is moved upward and downward, and horizontally, and also an elastic member 7 is also moved in the same way together with the oil tank 6 and the supporting frame 1, therefore, the upper face of the elastic member contacts to the lower peripheral surface of the eccentric wheel 4 and a lubricating oil is applied to the lower peripheral surface of the eccentric wheel 4, and by a rotation of the eccentric wheel 4, the oil is supplied to a contact surface of the roller 3 and the eccentric wheel 4, and no lubricating failure is generated. Also, the roller 3 and the eccentric wheel 4 are interposed and the elastic member 7 is provided with respect to a high temperature bar stock, therefore, the bar stock is scarcely influenced by a radiation heat, and since the elastic member 7 is soaked with a lubricating oil, no oil leakage occurs even if the oil tank 6 is oscillated. |
