PURPOSE: To reduce a mounting cycle time by reducing start/stoppage time by simplifying the constitution of a device and miniaturizing a driving motor. CONSTITUTION: The title device has a part supply part 1 for supplying taped electronic parts with leads, an insertion head 3 for separating an electronic part supplied from the part supply part 1 from the taping and inserting it to a substrate 2 and a fixing head 6 which is opposite to the insertion head 3 with the substrate 2 between and fixes an electronic part to the substrate 2 by cutting and bending the leads of an electronic part inserted to the substrate 2. It is further provided with AC servo-motors 4, 7 each of which drive the insertion head 3 and the fixing head 6 independently, and a means 10 which drives and controls them synchronously is also provided. |
