PURPOSE:To enhance the efficiency of operations by connecting a winch to a hanger attached to the arm of an excavating bucket. CONSTITUTION:A rotary column 9 is rotatably attached to the periphery of a fixed column 8 hung down vertically from the fitting frame of a shield body 1. An excavating bucket 20 is pivotally attached to the tip of an inner tube 18 slidably fitted into the lower end outer cylinder 14 of the column 9 is such a way as to enable the bucket 20 to move back and forth and vertically and also turn by jacks 19, 17, and 12. Further, a wire rope 24 is wound around a which 23 with brake attached to the basal end of the cylinder 14 and engaged with a sheave 26 located at the tip of the tube 18. A hook 27 is connected to the tip of the rope 24 to enable the hook 27 to be wound up or down by normal or reverse turning of the winch 23.
