PURPOSE:To omit the labor of an operator when an accumulating function is used by recording and outputting the transmitted picture information to the position immediately after an accumulating transmitting result report. CONSTITUTION:One accumulating transmitting result report SR is formed to one transmitting file, and further, in the condition divided with a broken line RD, the transmitting image of the first page of a transmitting file is recorded. When transmitting is normally completed, 'OK' is recorded corresponding to the column of the transmitting result of a column R9 and 'E' is recorded in cases other than that. Thus, since transmitting picture information is added to an accumulating transmitting result report and recording is outputted, for example, the operator can quickly judge which original should be returned to a transmitting address which comes to be a transmitting error, and the burden of the operator can be decreased.
