PURPOSE: To enable a user to communicate with plural dynamic images of the opposite party within a virtaul space. CONSTITUTION: The terminals 20-1, 20-2 and 20-3 send the video information on the corresponding users and the position information included in a virtual spaces to a server 10. The circuit interface parts 11, 12 and 13 of the server 10 separate the video information 24, 25 and 26 and the position information 27, 28 and 29 received from the terminals 20-1 to 20-3 from each other. A position information store part 15 holds each position information preceding by a single unit time, and a position information distribution part 16 edits again the position information to distribute them to the terminals 20-1 to 20-3. A motion vector calculation part 17 calculates the motion vector of every user based on the position information, and a video thinning rate decision part 18 decides the thinning rate of every video information based on the calculation result of the part 17. Then a video thinning/distribution part 19 thins every video information based on the decided thinning rate. |
