PURPOSE:To accomplish the titled dispersion by incorporating an inorganic pigment with nitrocellulose of a specific nitrification degree followed by mixing to obtain a coating agent capable of giving coating layers containing such inorganic pigments as of magnetic coatings, fluorescent coatings, etc. CONSTITUTION:The objective dispersion can be accomplished by incorporating (A) 100pts.wt. of an inorganic pigment such as gamma-iron oxide with (B) 10-100pts. wt. of nitrocellulose of a nitrification degree 10.7-11.4% to carry out mixing to obtain a coating agent containing the component A. In addition to the component B, a vehicle such as acrylic resin may be incorporated in the system.
