PURPOSE:To obtain a piled cloth having a polychromic feeling, melange tone and an improved high-quality feeling, by using both colored polyester spun-dyed yarns having specific migration degree of pigment and non-spun-dyed polyester yarns, dyeing the whole cloth with disperse dye. CONSTITUTION:Colored polyester spun-dyed yarns (preferably one or more of orange, red, blue or green spun-dyed yarns) A and D having <=10.0, preferably <=6.0 migration degree of pigment and non-spun-dyed polyester yarns (preferably one containing readily dyeable polyester copolymerized with 1-6wt.% polyalkylene glycol) B and C are alternately woven to give a cloth, which is dyed with disperse dye to give pile cloth suitable as interior automotive trims. A colored polyester spun-dyed yarn and a non-spun-dyed polyester yarn having >=1.0 ratio of peak temperature of tandelta of colored polyester spun-dyed yarn/peak temperature of tandelta of non-spun-dyed polyester yarn are preferably used. |
