PURPOSE:To reduce molding man-hour, save a space for installing a mold or the like and solve the problems in transporting products in process by carrying out molding of thermoforming felt and pasting the same to skins simultaneously. CONSTITUTION:A sound insulating material is composed of viscoelastic material such as asphalt, vinyl chloride containing a filler, EP rubber and the like, and molding is carried out by preheating its sheet 2', setting the same in a bottom force 4 ink the plasticized stated and engaging a top force 5 thereon and also required sections are treatment cut to form a skin 2. Also, a felt 3 is a thermoforming felt, and blank cut into the molded product development shape and reheated in an oven. The heated blanks 3' are pasted together immediately after the completion of reheating, and molding is carried out by heating a cold press molding die combining felt molding, which is simultaneously bonded to the rear surface of the skin 2 through a bonded layer 8, and immediately a top force 9 is lowered to engage with the bottom force and pressure molding a curved surface along the mold surface shape. |
