<p>PURPOSE: To remarkably reduce description amount by converting the relative positional relation of a copy origin cell into an absolute positional relation after the relative positional relation is reflected on a copy destination cell. CONSTITUTION: This device is the device for describing a network model 14 in many cells 15 having addresses showing the absolute locations. In this case, the device is the device 10 for describing the network model 14 which is provided with a means 11 assigning each component of a network to a cell and describing the connection relation of the component in the cell by the relative positional relation between cells, a means 12 copying the cell for which the description is performed by the relative positional relation and a means 13 converting the description performed by the relative positional relation into the description by the absolute positional relation of the cell. Thus, the description amount of the whole of the network can be reduced by repeating the copy of the cell in which the parameters on the components of the network are described.</p> |
