FIELD: manufacture of pelletized nuclear fuel. SUBSTANCE: extruder has cryogenic heat exchangers with condensation and extrusion sections, piston, and drive; made in cryogenic heat exchanger bottom are arched grooves divided by barrier and free to communicate with condensation section. One of grooves also communicates through additional channels with condensation section and other groove, with section of other heat exchanger; gate valve is attached to outlet hole of the latter. Installed with radial play in condensation section is insert joined through shaft with drive and spring-loaded on heat-exchanger bottom. Insert is provided with axial holes at groove radius level to receive pistons connected through control rods to inclined disk mounted for angular turn and having central bore passing insert shaft. EFFECT: improved reliability, enlarged functional capabilities. 1 dwg |
