PURPOSE:To stabilize finishing and strength and to enhance workability and also to easily perform execution by extruding and supplying molten synthetic resin through a nozzle while the tip of the nozzle is opposed to the surface of the end part of a sheet at a constant angle with the constant pressing force and one part of the nozzle and the sheet is moved under control at the prescribed velocity. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of synthetic resin sheets 2 are arranged side by side on the floor 3 so that the gaps 2A are slightly formed between the respective end parts. Two rails 4 are provided on the sheets 2 to both sides of the gap 2A parallel thereto. As the positions for laying the rails 4, 4, when a self- advancing type dolly 1 is travelably placed on the rails 4, the rails are laid so that the nozzle of a nozzle block 4 is opposed to the gaps 2A. The dolly 1 is placed on the rails 4 and thereafter respective controlling values are decided in a controlling part 30. When the temp. of the inside of a cylinder 11 and the temp. of molten synthetic resin reach the controlling values, the dolly is traveled and moved and molten synthetic resin is extruded and uniformly filled in the gaps 2A. |
