PURPOSE: To heighten the follow-up performance of an optimum parameter in the case of traffic flow being changed in parameter search by detecting the difference degree of traffic flow, and initializing a part of a control parameter set in the case of the difference degree being the specified value or more. CONSTITUTION: The automatic adjusting part 1-2 of a group control device receives learning data from a learning part and delivers a control parameter to a group control part. A main CPU 1-5 performs the main processing of the automatic adjusting part 1-2 and also performs memory control and task control. Parameter effective range data 1-6 is equivalent to a control parameter set data base means so as to record the effective ranges of control parameters every building. Gene data - evaluation data 1-7 is a memory means for recording plural groups of control parameter set (genes) and the evaluated result, and an evaluating CPU 1-8 is a computer for exclusively performing the evaluation processing of genes. |
