<p>PURPOSE: To provide an optical printer head having a light element array which has all advantages of an optical head such as high speed, high resolution, low noise, compactness, plain paper printing, low voltage driving, etc., at a low driving voltage, and indicates uniform light emission brightness over a large area. CONSTITUTION: At least an electro-conductive film being a first electrode 11, a hole transportable inorganic thin film layer 12, an organic thin film layer 13 containing a light emittable organic material, and an electroconductive film being a second electrode 14 are laminated in this order on a substrate 10. By impressing voltage between two electroconductive films, light is emitted from the organic thin film layer 13.</p> |
