PURPOSE: To reduce the power consumption of a receiver and to improve signal detection capacity. CONSTITUTION: A preamble code detecting part 21 detects a bit synchronizing preamble code at the whole timing of bit synchronizing timing, synchronizing code timing and frame timing and sends a preamble code detection signal S21 to a battery control part 24, which turns on the receiver for a prescribed time. A synchronizing code detecting part 22 detects a synchronizing code at the bit synchronizing timing and the synchronizing code timing and sends a synchronizing code detection signal S22 to the control part 24, which turns on the receiver for the prescribed period. If an error exists in received data S4 received by the receiver, the error is corrected by an error correcting part 25, output data from the error correcting part 25 are compared with user's inherent number data by a data comparing part 26, and when both data coincide with each other, the data are converted into CPU transfer data by a data processing part 27. |
