PURPOSE:To prevent looseness between a front grille and an air guider irrespective of expansion and shrinkage due to an external air temperature and realize the prevention of fracture of ribs in the case where, as for a front grille and an air guider in an outdoor unit for an air conditioner, the resin-molded front grille and the sheet metal-shaped air guider are formed as separate parts, and coupled together into one member by welding ribs of the front grille. CONSTITUTION:In the case where a front grille 14 and an air guide 15 are formed as separate parts, respectively, and coupled together into one member by welding ribs of the front grille 14, clearances enough to absorb expansion and shrinkage due to temperatures are secured uniformly on the circumferences of the ribs by a clearance between a hole-machined part of the air guider 15 and the base of each rib of the front grille 14. Simultaneously, in order to prevent looseness to be caused by the clearances, positioning ribs 16 and through holes 17 for the positioning ribs, which face said ribs, are provided at the central part of the front grille 14 having relatively less shrinkage factor and expansion coefficiency due to heat and at the central part of the air guider 15, respectively. |
