PURPOSE:To increase bonding power with the core material of the side edge section of a skin material, to prevent the peeling of a skin and to obtain a two-layer molded form having excellent quality by pushing the skin material by the projection of the skin material, projecting and forming a part of the skin material in the mold direction, press-fitting a resin between a mold and the skin material and preparing the molded form, in which the core material and the skin material are unified. CONSTITUTION:A skin material 15 previously formed in a core mold 11 is set into the core mold 11 by using a check pin 17 installed to the core mold 11. A cavity mold 12 is applied to the core mold 11, and a mold is closed. When the mold is closed, the side edge section of a skin material 15 inserted is pressed by a large number of projections 16, and a part of the skin material 15 is pushed against the surface of the core mold 11 in a spotted shape so that the tip sections of the projections 16 are intruded into the skin material 15. A rigid resin raw material is press-fitted between the core mold 11 and the skin material 15 from a nozzle 13, thus forming a core material 18. Accordingly, the skin material 15 and the core material 18 are unified and formed. |
