<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a consolidation agent free from problem of soil pollution, having excellent strength and water-absorbency useful for civil construction work, etc., and producible at a low cost by crushing waste paper to fine and short fibrous form. CONSTITUTION:The objective consolidation agent is produced by crushing waste paper such as waste newspaper with a hammer cutter, etc., to a fine and short fibrous form having a thickness of e.g. about 1mm and a length of about 3-7mm.</p> |
