PURPOSE:To enhance the shape stability of a sunvisor body by diversifying a molded form of the sunvisor body. CONSTITUTION:A molding base material wherein a skeleton frame 3, a bearing member 4, and an auxiliary conductor 5 are enclosed in a bag like covered body 2, is set to a foaming mold under a state wherein a pipe body 8 is inserted in an insertion opening 9 of the covered body 2 and inside a shaft insertion part 4a of the bearing member 4. Then, an expandable raw material is casted into the covered body 2 through the pipe body 8, and foamed. After molding pad 6 having filled an inside of the covered body 2 by being formed like a mold face profile of the foaming mold and the covered body 2 expanded like a molded form of the pad 6 by being connected to a surface layer part of the pad 6, the pipe body 8 is extracted. A shaft inserting hole for a support shaft bored at a trace wherein the pipe body 8 is extracted, is molded. |
