PURPOSE:To provide a mandrel for molding of a rubber hose which can stabilize the quality and improve the productivity by a method wherein thermal conductivity is made better by improving a conventional resin mandrel, vulcanizing temperature can be lowered, and besides vulcanizing time can be shortened. CONSTITUTION:A resin mandrel 2 is composed by using polymethylpentene (TPX; polyolefin having 4-methylpentene-1... manufactured by Mitsui Petrochemical Industries, Ltd.) as a resin material and buring a metal powder and particle 4 or a metal wire rod of high thermal conductivity of iron, aluminum, copper, etc., in the polymethylpentene. By composing that by mixing a metal powder and granuler material 4 of excellent thermal conductivity, the thermal conductivity is extremely improved as a resin mandrel 2 by being compared with the mandrel using only polymethylpentene resin as conventionally, and the hose can be subjected to vulcanization molding by neither raising vulcanization temperature nor extending vulcanized time. |
